With a 45kt forecast, no way of playing out front, so the spit fishbowl it was.
Got there in what turned out to be a lull, even considered the 5m - luckily "sanity" prevailed and took the 4, as it quickly rebuilt to easily 30kts.
After a few, it turned into pure survival session- just back and forth along the front with the kiters - any farther out and the risk of getting blown out to the harbor was real.
Would have been a gps log as usual, but forgot to turn it off, and probably would have skewed the average speed a bit :-)
