    Another sloggy light wind session - focused on practicing toeside riding. I've been able to gybe my board/sail around for a few months now - it's the toeside riding that gets me every time. Gradually I've been able to extend my toeside runs, and I'm trying to force myself to get good on both sides. RBFC elites like Windoc, BWD, RupDogg, Tweezer, ULR, TunaCan, etc, make it look so dang easy, but when I started riding toeside I felt like I was starting my foiling journey all over again. Step #10 of gybevoidance rehab: whether it's a heel-to-toe, or a toe-to-heel gybe, getting your toeside riding dialled in is essential to gybe progression.
