    Smooth. Forecast looked like a 'maybe' the night before. Delayed a bit, then pulled the trigger once it switched from east to ESE. Arrived to see Mike take to the water on kite and SB at 3rd. Tsawwassen arrived. I rigged windsurfing gear at 4th to join the others. Just enough win to make 5.3/115 work once well off the beach. Really nice wind/wave angle and clean organized wind swell! Jumps were on offer too! Sailed up to just shy of the boat ramp. Wind gradually built and some nice solid swell trains started to roll through on the outside! Saw both Mike and Tsawwassen hook into some! Hands (and arms) got cold enough that I dawned the gloves (and that helped). Then the wind changed gears and I started to get slapped around a bit. Flattened out the sail, but the blast was short lived. Wasn't going to go, but glad I did! Chilly, but fun!
