The day started by me telling Morewind we might only get 3-4ft waves and 20kts out there. Well we got 2x that. Rigged the 4.5 first and got a nice hour of fantastic wave sailing. Then it nuked and we all rigged 4.0's. It was comfy at first then it got a little crazy. It's hard to wave sail when you can't sheet in. Some nice jumps and one huge scary wetsuit soiler wave ride - it looked like it was mast high and I sort of rode it, but mostly ran away.
We need more days like this (10 knots less next time please).
