Drove out of rain soaked Tofino at 9:00 am, on Hornby Isl by 1:00 pm. Got a couple of hours on the Naish SUP in onshore Tribune Bay conditions. Learned to weight the back of the board and pop the nose up to get over breaking waves. Once the Naish starts to surf a wave it rips and surfs it all the way into the beach! I wore my fin down on the sandy beach. Fun with the pirate SF 4.2M, easy for quick tacks in the waves.
