it was cranking when i showed up at 2, and still cranking when i had to bail at 4. no gusts or lulls, just way powered 5.0 the whole time. I could have easily rode my small board if id brought it- whoda thunk? The lake is fresh and COLD like hood and bootie cold! couple kites out, one instructor on a jetski. one other sailor on a C111, tough to tell who it was with the helmet, lifejacket and sunnies (vic?) No carve jibes allowed so worked on 360s and vulcans, generally falling in constantly. My new board waterstarts great!
The campground is a bit "rearanged", a come-along or winch would be real useful in there. The road is freshly graded and smoooth. only encountered two trucks, just the regular size ones.
