Getting a little better every time. Need to be more aggressive with my powerstroke, or as MartyD and Stammy tell me, 'need some balls'. My men's small wetsuit has room for them :wink:
Second launch, my chicken loop released (and was riding unattached to the bar) and had to land the kite just after I started. Thanks Trevor for helping grab and re-set up my kite.
Third downwinder was the best so far and almost had the 'park and ride' on the board. Still having to work the kite, and didn't feel that sweet spot to park it quite yet. Everyone makes it look so easy.
No problems with losing my board today...just upwind bodydragged (long tacks) anytime the board came off my feet. Felt easy peasy. Confidence is growing and feeling in control.
Lots of stoke today.
Learned a lot just by watching others and talking to people on the beach. Fun times!
