    great!     		3.00 hours
    Today was the first real big day I have had this year ,Tremendous conditions chopp to sweet smooth swelly sections, steady wind to keep me powered up on my oversize extra horsepower bagged out 3.6 , lots of kiters and windsurfers going off,I had to leave before my time , still recovering from major long hill run and my knees were screaming for ibeprofen DEfinitely a 10 day
