Greg told me that it was going to get 'nuclear' mid afternoon and get there ASAP.
:evil: Colwood crawl was not cooperating with my mission.
Drove past Sooke Basin and saw dark water, and whitecaps...feeling a little nervous. Kept driving around the corner, and saw Gordon's lit up...nearly tossed my cookies :shock:
Set up my 8M kite at Tugwell and Ryan/Marty/Pfillion helped with my launch/land. Decided to body drag a few times (fully depowered), which built up my confidence, but also quickly froze my immersed body.
Brief, but successful session of progression for me at a new spot. Next time, I'll try the board. Baby steps.
