Where in the world would you live/kite January to March??

So I am contemplating setting up a base somewhere warm for a few months next winter while I study for an exam in the spring. I figure why live in victoria, not that I dont love it here, but why not live somewhere else for that time. So I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to where a suita...

thats a cool looking helmet ned, not quite as cool as the dreads though - but for straight functionality... I would suggest the gath helmets and the retractable visor is nice for bright days. (ive always hated helmets mainly for the chocking factor on impact) little bit on the dorky side but comfort...

Thats too bad...
It would be nice to make use of those big southeasters to generate some power - although a lot of turbines top out at a given wind speed, don't they? I guess some of that power would end up going to waste.

Does anyone know if a wind turbine is economical in this area?
Specifically at the spit in comox - based on archived data? It would be fairly useless in the summer - but in the winter when electricity demand is greatest it would be fairly active.
Any thoughts?
