Thank-you both. I was hoping' for something closer to Falkland, but I will drive so I do not have to "drift".

Better on the road processed than with the toxins unprocessed at the bottom of the ocean the size of a mountain killing plankton that produces 80% of the world's oxygen.

Wholly, No wind!

I have been spending my energy lately renovating my land (landscaping)(I bought a backhoe) and house (didn't use the backhoe on the house) in this wind lull. Looks like I haven't missed much windsurfing. It is great there is a forum like this to sort out these understandings and perspectives before ...

My thoughts are at Nitnat

I am thinking about Vic and I will always remember him -- especially when I go to Nitnat.

I am also thinking about a Nitnat visit

If the weather is good I might be interested in a car pool for Monday morning if there is wind.

Nitnat

It sure is cooler later this year. The snow pack is still hanging in --in the interior.

I am not sure what Nitnat is like but I would enjoy any kind of dip up there if the wind is blowin'

Mother's Day - Nitnat camp and Gear Swap Meet

I am interested in a 90-99L newer board. Does this swap have a date? Is it mother's day? I am in... for this date if there is wind.

PS - This is not to me confused with swapping Mother's at Nitnat (not a meat market to my understanding).

Motorized Petal bike - for commuting

Anyone tried putting a motor on their pedal bike yet?

I have heard of people doing this and I have heard the vibrations are down and the friction of the belt pulley on the bike when you are not using it is much reduced.

Indesign CS3 vs CS2

I don't know if you have purchased your indesign yet but Indesign CS3 is coming out at the end of this month. I hear there are fantastic performance gains over CS2. I use CS2 to make yearbooks and it is used for magazines, newspapers and more. I don't use word. I just use indesign because it has ...

Love to see you all. I just had eye surgery so --no contacts anymore!!

I still have 20 days of healing left so this year is off for us

Also I managed to catch a cold (this has happened to me a few times now) right after my anti-biotics finished.

This year is reduced to a warm New Years on the ...
