Windfest 2006 Windsurfing competition results
Many thanks to all those who helped out and participated some of whom were…..
Lisa, Louise and another lady for scoring the slalom and course racing.
Unusually Large Robin and Starboard Steve for scoring the Freestyle competition.
Wyatt Miller, Rob Warwick and Zoi Najim for putting on the great clinics on Sunday morning and showing us all what is possible to pull off on the water if we keep working at it.
Trident Sports, Starboard, Severne, Prolimit, Sailworks, Dakine, North Shore Ski and Board, AirTime Boardsports, Rockstar energy drinks and everyone in the Nitinaht village for all their support!!!!
Especially Jude Lamb who without her, this event would not have been possible

Sportsmanship - Pete Nori (for lending Tom Vandall gear to race with and let Tom beat him in a few races to make him feel good)

thanks for making this happen Bobson! And to the other organizers/helpers. It was really, really fun. It is SO much harder to gybe during a race! And SO tiring (at least for us old guys)!) I'll treasure that 2nd in the first slalom heat for ever, even if I never enter another race - but I will I hope.
