Surf Kayak

Post by diannagail »

I know this is off of your general interest, but I am going to be staying in Langford for a week and would like to know a good beach for kayak surfing on the southern island
Thanks.

that works on me :P you might wanna give Westcoast road past Sooke and just before Gordon's Beach a try too. Couple of access points and the surf could be a tumble challenge too, not as far though. Watch those rocks, not a happy place to get rinsed close to shore there

DG - Jordan River's best, stay on the west side of the rivermouth in front of the snackshack and all's good, no surfer clashes there, should be a few of us about also.
We windsurf - life must be good!
