this is just a little bit creepy, 6 feet found now, all in shoes. just to be safe I am going to stop wearing sneakers untill the culprit is found. has anyone noticed loose feet floating around the strait? Id hate to hit one and get a heel dent..

Well, sneakers tend to float, whereas the rest of the body and most other clothing/footwear doesn't. So feet in sneakers are likely to eventually come adrift and drift to land. I saw the T-C is reporting that the families of the unrecovered victims of the Beaver crash off Quadra Is a couple of years ago are trying to get DNA results. The pilot was an ex-employee of mine, these findings must be really hard on the families of missing people, my condolances.

Hope I'm wrong but are these not reminders from the 'organised' BC bud growers on the islands who protect their crops with leg hold traps?

B.C. coroner just announced that the 6th foot is actually an animal paw stuffed into a running shoe!
