Kite Repair

Post by thankgodiatepastafobreaky »

FYI: I have purchased an industrial sewing machine that is apparently the gold standard in the sail-making industry. It is still in the US to be shipped to me this week, I hope. So when I have it set up and know what I am doing then I can help you. I'm sure you will have your kite fixed by then, but if not then I can help you.

i might try and find another used 9m, use that for the time being, and then have my torn 9m fixed and keep it as a spare.

maybe it can be one of your first kites to fix!

I'm pretty sure Strong Kiteboarding does repairs. He used to, anyways. Give him a call. See BWD home page for link to website with phone number. Good Luck!

I highly recommend Strong kiteboarding, he does good work for a good price, I have had a few of my kites fixed by Dwayne in the past... no complaints!

Sweet, that was my favourite machine when I worked at Leitch and
McBride. My specialty there was spinnakers ... helpful when sewing kite material. I'm would love to hear what Ross has to say too. Keep me posted

Hey Peter

Your kite is finished Peter and looks as good as new.
It is probably stronger there than any where else.
You can come and get it when you wish.
