Cadboro-Gyro Park - Draft Master Plan
1) tennis courts and scout hall to be removed
2) parking lots moved back
3) access is hindered for search and rescue, kayakers and those who trailer or car-top boats:
4) CBSA sailboat compound narrower and deeper: (2 rows vs 3 - less efficient use of space). They have 2 year waiting list already and would like to expand to include other boat storage ie: kayaks etc. in the future.
The plan is online and there is an online survey.

I windsurf/paddle there and have a Laser type sailboat on a trailer I take there. Rigging area, trailer maneuvering and beach access is going to be more difficult.
I have cobbled together a before and after jpg.
