Just letting everyone know that the best thing that you can do after a really great session at Gordon's Beach is to cool down with a refreshing jog in your nakedness . Not only will this dry you off and keep you cool, but it will relax your mind, body and spirit after that gnarly session and get you ready for the next day a thrashing! You will no doubt get some weird looks from passerby’s, but they are just jealous that they are not running naked with you! Go ahead and give it a try... you will thank yourself l8ter!
