baja gear rental?

Does anyone know if anyone besides Vela rents WS gear at Los Barilles? Also, any suggestions for non-sailor activities in the vicinity would be appreciated.

In the last few years Jay Valentine the former operator of the Baja Surf Club(pre-Vela)had some rentals out of Martin Verdogos Motel and RV Park. I can't say I know that Jay will be there for sure this year. .....Also I would be very careful with Vela and rentals unless you are on the package hotel with the windsurfing gear. It's policy for them to cater to thier guests first and in the past the policy was no day rentals for non guests.
