Kitesurfing "FUN" Competition in Nitnaht??????

Post by nitinaht_brat »

Best Wipe Out
Most Spins
Fastest Body Drag Relays
Any other ideas?

What date would work best? Anyone know other kitesurf competition dates? (Don't want to overlap.) I was thinking the second or third weekend in August. I am just starting to contact sponsors this week. Anyone know of any other kitesurf forums that I can post this message on? :D

I think it would be awsome, nothing formal, but rather a mutual gathering of people set out to have a load of fun, judges to be the crowd on the beach and the cheer factor!
Airtime! whoo hoooo, its all about the airtime...... ok waves rock too!
is it this year?

is it this year?

 High jump. Hang time. Resurrect the' stinkworks cup'. :1. An up-winder to Knob point where the sailors (Kiters & windsurfers!) collect a ribbon..2. Sail to the river mouth & exchange the ribbon for a 'beverage' which is consumed before...3. sailing downwind to the finish at the day use area of the campsite...
Thermals are good.

The original Stinkworks had to drink their beer at each of the course points !
