CB- beach parking neighborhood takeover

Post by KUS »

I note Eastman's plight with the ripped sail....I am sporting a serious bruise on my foot from one of the logs on the access path as it had been moved to not constitute a suspended hazard to playing kids .... and promptly became a geriatric Kus hazard

I note all the "improvements" on the site and threats by the locals to report me should I cut up the beach logs for firewood when I suggested it (I was joking...well, sort of  )

The new "vegetable garden" not withstanding...I am sure that's what it is haha... the various logs delineating the site and the constant "emergency repairs" chewing the shit out of the grass and access areas, blocking paths with wonderful rip rap....I am curious as to what the plan is :?: does anyone know :?: Those logs are not going to keep the tides and waves at bay or do anything but aid the destruction when weather hits.....but block the access and views quite nicely

BTW last time I checked this land was a MOT right of way, nothing to do with Parksville or Nanaimo Regional District :!: and no, they don't "work together" as suggested by a resident....

What's wrong with cutting driftwood up so long as there's no timbermark and you're not in a park. I say do it.
Don't forget to bring a towel!
