anybody know these guys or tried the product? I like what they are doing.
looks like they are based out of nanaimo.

I've seen and ridden (kited with) some of Chet's boards. They are pretty darn cool. Similar to what Greg is doing, but I believe they are certainly not the same in construction - don't ask me the ins and outs of it, but from what I'm told from those who have seen both and know both parties, they are still different in the approach. That may be old information by now though.

Like most people doing these boards, his biggest problem is price. No matter how amazing they are to ride, it's seriously hard to convince a surfer to spend over $1000 on a board.

Love the idea of wood construction, all power to these guys....as for the epoxy application and sanding....I would certainly encourage the guy in the video to upgrade his respirator to avoid sucking on an oxygen bottle soon...just sayin' :idea:
