Aruba kiteboarding
We had two weeks there in Feb a few years ago. The wind never stopped. 8 or 9m, super consistent. You'll need a car tho, its a long haul out there. Quite a small bay, lots of waves and a nice flat run inside the reef parallel to the beach. No shade, pretty remote spot. Fantastic!
Its a hassle getting there, direct flights from the east coast but milk run from here.
Super Food (or something like that) is an amazing supermarket, lots of local stuff and european specialty things, its in the north hotel district.
