New to sport/ weekend conditions

Post by Joe scoble »

Hey guys I'm fresh into the sport. Have a sabfoil 950 on the 82 mast with a gong HIPE inflatable 5.3 board I've been using for a while behind the boat. Just picked up a 5.2 takuma wing and hoping to get out this weekend to test it all out. Spend some time flailing in the cold water haha.

1:Where would people recommend to go?
2: Is anyone heading out I can tag along with?
I've seen a few of you down Dallas road and was going to check it out see if it was good conditions.
My numbers 7782660707
Cheers Joe

You’ll probably see other wingers at Willows or Island View tomorrow.

Hi Joe: nice to meet you today. Too bad not a bit more wind.

IV for south east or Ross Bay for west is your best bet locally. This time of year, Columbia Beach and Comox are much more dependable ... longer drive, but a higher probability of a decent session.

See you on the water
