Thule box

Post by foilboy »

Hi!
Does anyone know a good source for a Thule (or similar) box (new or used)? Anyone out there who wants to get rid of one?

Thanks,

Chris

For that kind of thing, the MEC GearSwap website is pretty good. I found a car rack for a friend there once...

Great suggestion, LKG. Unfortunately no luck there

Thanks anyway.

For a new one, try All Seasons Sports (down near Douglas, Hillside, Gorge intersection). They have lots of great Thule and Yakima racks...maybe even something used.

I've bought a few things from them over the years, they're good people.

I can't think of the place.
Is it new, or do I have to get out more?
Which of those roads is it on?
:)
Thanks

I picked up a Karrite 1100 on Saturday from Canadian Tire. "Made by Thule"... I guess it's their cheaper brand. It was regular 399 on sale for 299, including mounting hardware. About 1.5 inches too short for my longest mast section (230 cm) but I think a nice new RDM should fit just fine whenever I can afford it :)

Got me Yakima box from All Seasons today. Great service and not more expensive than Canadian Tire.
Thanks for all the tips.
