Kus I honestly thought there was someone fueling the thing up on the way back from Oregon that year. I made it from Coos Bay to Duncan on one tank. I remember making the turn out to the Coho from the I-5 in the middle of the night hoping to find a gas station. Nothing open, so I just kept going.

Maybe it was 11/100km...but either way impressive.

Man that's crazy what these sell for. 22 years old and well over 200,000km for nearly $30k. I suspect that's nearly what it sold for new in 1995 dollars.

There is a ex-fire/emergency response vehicle at the BC Bid/asset disposal lot on Glanford. It would make one wicked surf mobile.
