Martin the bikes are locked with a thick cable. Not something a pro bike thief couldn't deal with, but enough to stop a quick grab and go type thief. I've slept in my truck on the way down I-5 and didn't have any issues with the bikes or SUPs.

I'll be down in La V on 1 Dec. See you soon!... :D

there is a new crossing now. apparently it's the first right onto the toll road now after the customs/immigration, not the second right...alternatively have a chill time over at Tecate.
