Area 51, Nirvana, Valhalla, Bermuda Triangle, who knows where Udder really goes when he set sets out on his vision quests to the "outer reefs". There are many paths there for the worthy I suppose. I must confess I have tried to track him with binoculars, but he often just mysteriously appears walking up Admiral Tryon Boulevard with his sail over his head and a big smile on his face.

I'm glad you posted this Markus. Last time I was there, unless I was on the "outer reefs", I constantly felt like I was in everyones way. I can see why Udder stays on the fringe. Seems like everyone is fighting for a small piece of real-estate. Some detailed instructions on how to ride those waves would help too! :? I was starting to figure it out at the end of the day, hope to back there soon to try again though. :D

Udder stays on the fringe because it's magical down there. Just no wind (actually to my surprise kiting there I found a lot more wind there up high). And there's unicorns.

Some visitors & new kiters please read...even a local gave way much too late today on more than one occasion....at times today it was a recipe for serious injury or worse.
Bad shit happens real fast in all that spray, gusts to 40 and head high waves: Please get your ride and get out as fast as you can, giving wide berth to incoming riders :!:  there should be nobody heading OUT right in the middle of the break pointing straight across a rider incoming. Thank you
