Post by C36 »

A good friend of mine (with a heart of gold) was visited by a GRINCH who broke into his workshop shop the week of November 25, 2005 and cleaned out much of his sports gear. Although this crime was committed in Stevenson, WA, my friend suspects the GRINCH might try and sell my friend’s stuff here in BC.

pricks... :evil: Home Insurance?

try a listing on the Windance site as well;

Recommendation to go to your garage/house/apt locker right now and take pictures of all your stuff, save them to CD and chuck into a safe place... to try and reconstruct what's missing later is almost impossible at times :roll: I do this every other year

With many windows on the garage doors, might as well keep the doors open. I would change them before restocking. :evil: :roll:

I forgot to check, were the sails organized on their rack biggest to smallest? I don't think the house is in a subdivision - it is Idaho, isn't it? I believe from what I read on the rec dot site that he had showed the house or some gear for sale to a potential buyer/renter who he suspects returned later - they had criminal records. Hope he gets his sails back, they aren't made any more.

yeah, I picked up on the window thing bigtime and neighborhood watch works too...but this place looks a bit private.

Get curtains dood and DO EXPECT THEM TO COME BACK, they'll await your insurance settlement (even if ya got none) Sorry bud, we'll keep an eye out for your stuff :evil:

Stolen gear

Post by TURTLE »

I always wonder how one steals that much gear and nobody notices. It is amazing to me. I work at a school and I just had a digital camera stolen. I am trying to figure that one out. In this gear in garage case someone would have had to have a big truck and some time to clean it out.

Good luck in finding them. Your chances are better than mine.
