Nit Nat - a friendly place

Post by TURTLE »

I have been to Nit Nat twice. This time I met Mayor Vic among many others including Bobson. I have been caught off guard by the fantastic comradery and trust windsurfers (I have met) obviously have.

I am new to windsurfing, and besides the obvious thrill of windsurfing, this sport's culture is a big attraction for me.

Thank-you to all who have helped me learn this sport. I am finding there is a lot to know.

agreed, I moved here from San Diego and quit surfing pretty much because of the scene. I am getting into windsurfing and everyone is very friendly and takes time to talk and help others out. Thanks

Glad to hear you feel the love!

Let's try to keep the kitesurfing/windsurfing scene at Nitinat this way. We are so fortunate to have a pristine world class windy playground like Nitinat. The last thing we need is a bunch of attitude and posing that has increasingly become apparent in other locales.

Just don't take my camping spot or I kill you, haole!

Just kiddin....

See you out there!
