Hawaii Superferry - done like dinner

Post by nanmoo »

For anyone who is heading to Hawaii in the near future and planning taking the cheaper route to Maui - Flight to Oahu then Ferry to Maui (Like me), you will probably want to know the ferry has been cancelled due to a supreme court ruling.

Especially upsetting to me is that a flight is probably going to cost twice the coin!

Hi -- Kailua on the central east coast of Oahu is a very nice spot to windsurf. Amazing beach -- Kailua Beach Park. You can rent windsurfers from a couple of places out there and actually right on the beach. You can take the bus from Waikiki across, cheap. Change rooms and washrooms too! Gramma Jo.
Just want to somehow play on the water with a sail.

Too bad I have already paid for the place in Maui.

Turns out airfare will be about the same or less than the ferry, but a heck of a lot less interesting!
