That is awesome. We knew it was coming...sooner than I expected though! I really like the 60 fps option in 720p mode for great slow motion. The lithium battery and larger card capacity are great improvements too.

It is not due out to this fall...in time for Christmas. No reviews yet. It isn't even on the GoPro website yet. Pretty impressive specs though. It is rumoured to sell for $300 USD.

needs better field of vision angles, somewhere around 90 to 120 degrees, 170 is too much and 54 is not enough. still waiting for the perfect cam.

FYI new firmware for the GoPro HD HERO is now available. The firmware will provide new features for your GoPro HD HERO including the ability to shoot upside down, One Button Mode, PAL-compatibility settings and Live Feed.

You can always use your existing video capable camera to record all your sessions for when you are too old to sesh........Go buy a Dicapac for twenty bucks. It has never let me down and is water proof to ten metres.
