Good numbers, hopefully enough to maintain/improve the site.

There are still tons of people, literally hundreds who are using this site REGULARLY (I ain't even talking about the UVIC Student who just got enough money to buy one kite who gets to play a few days a year....).

Some have a whole lot more spare cash than most of us (YEAH, I'M TALKING TO YOU, I-DRIVE-MY-BEAMER-TO-THE-YACHTCLUB OR OWNER-OF-FISHING-GUIDE-OUTFIT DOOD!) and haven't donated a dime, shame on you. Pretty much anyone can spare a twenty, gimme a break

I think we are increasing number of donating parties.....that is a good trend, perhaps some of us won't have to carry the rest of the freeloaders soon

Thanks Dave and all the BWD workerbees and regular user donating people/Sponsors for your continued effort to make this a once-in-a-lifetime, one-in-the-world Windaddict website.

Thank you to RVYC member Tibby Adams ( Mini 12 Fleet) for sending a large group email out to fellow members requesting donations to support the BWD site and the continued use of the forecast page. There is still a large user population that is unaware of the necessity of supporting the BWD site.

indeed, it sucked, no cams, took me a while to locate Odgen, Sheringham....no model and EC was way wrong on their forecast at first, of course corrected when it was obvious.....I ended up looking skyward just to figure out what was going on  and called around :?

Rather than Mike making a personal contribution, thanks BTW Mike! perhaps SISKA would consider to contribute annually for their membership as a whole....

....over 200 members apparently ....that benefit from this all in one weather site 8)

Good idea, Mike has been in touch and I sent him a bunch of info. He is going to talk to the siska exec and see what they can do. He will also talk to members about buying sunglasses through our promo deal: http://www.bigwavedave.ca/xtreme.htm

Big thanks to Ozy for his large donation! Thank you to Tibbie Adams (RVYC) and Alastair Wilson (outrigger paddler) for their donations too! 8)

Crap looks like I am a free loader! In my defense I have been so busy that I haven't been here in months. Things are tight in my world. Would be nice to be able to drop cash off at the local shop/school when possible! Does Wild West Water Sports in P.A. take donations for you guys? I don't do online buying anymore learned my lesson when I noticed I was becoming a E-bay kiter lol!
