Attention BWD soccer players!!

Two friends of mine, as well as myself, have been busy this spring getting a Street Soccer Team running in Victoria. Our team invites players from the street community, those who have recently lived on the streets, and other at risk groups to come out and play soccer in a friendly community environment. In early June we took our most dedicated and regular players to the Street Soccer Canada Western Tournament in Vancouver. Street Soccer Canada organizers were also scouting for the Canadian team that will be attending the Homeless World Cup.

Lucky for us, one of our own Victoria players has been selected to go to Paris this August (http://www.timescolonist.com/sports/Vic ... story.html)

Would love to see a wind sports community team represented there, we're really shooting for a larger community vibe at this tournament - fun is forefront, skill is unimportant!

Edit: we'll also be in need of volunteers that weekend, including referees, any help would be hugely appreciated
