Nitinat is ON!

General discussions about the weather, incoming storms and swell, complaining, why is it always so windy at night etc.

I have to send the wife to Victoria shopping for 4 days to buy my time at Nat. But I am going for a week in June....ya baby! You know a local Island contact for Griffin Kites? And are they any good?...comparable to Ocean Rodeo?

So...... All this hot weather.... Anyone know whats happening at the lake now? I'd like to go tomorrow or Wednesday for a couple days but so far looks like a steady 8-9 knots as far as Port Alberni. Anyone with a different report?

Was at the lake from Monday 7th until Friday and I surfed every day! 12m and 14m kites however I like a bit overpowered. Was between 15-20 knots each day.

I'd ask but I'm not sure which house it is. Tried to figure it out last week but...... no cookie.

Hey,

anyone making a call re the long weekend weather at Nitinat. Weather forecasts looking sketchy from Sunday on. Too bad.

Was interested in going Saturday - Tuesday but that could be out now.

Is the free internet near the store working?
