Great after work session, yes getting lighter later. Sweet!! A bit gusty but not horrible. Rigged bigger than I would normally have but using the big board and knowing there were some holes and not wanting to schlog decided to go 4.5m instead of the 3.7m which I would have gone with in that wind. Saw Danno and Greg (needs nickname) out there. Did 25 minutes and then saw a huge black cloud with white underneath it so headed in to warm fingers and wait it out. Smart! It hailed crazy hard for a couple minutes as I hid in my man-van. Went back out and dealt with the next black cloud 10 mins later with a bit of 1/2 and 1/2 rain hail but not like the last one. Foiled a bit more and tried for some speed but too gusty to really drop the hammer so just played in the flat water. Happy to not fall in and only miss the gybes in the lulls of nothingness.
