VERY frustrating to start- SO much salad in the water in the surf zone made foiling impossible- and i couldn't bear off to gain speed, as the only obstacle in the bay is a small reef 100m down the beach :-(
However, once I did finally clear the obstacle ( and weeds) was all good.
Some really fun wave rides and enough wind to keep the 5m flagged out several times ( still a new experience for me).
