Beauty Saturday morning with the Swiftsure boats! 2nd session on the MA1475 -- this time with the mast way more forward in the track -- big success. It took a bit to get used to the additional forward foot pressure required, and I was amazed at how much less of an issue breaching is on this foil compared to my HS. It's also a lot more turny, which I'm still getting used to. I started the session with my Flow235 stab but quickly realized I'm not quite ready for it yet and swapped it out for my CF300 stab. Things were much more stable then, and I had a lot of fun heading out past Clover and taking in the killer view of all the Swiftsure boats on starboard tack right after the start of the race. Great crowd at the beach!
