Managed to get 2 hours in at the boat launch today. Arrived at 3rd as the wind was dying, just before 11. Waited around for a bit and was going to pack it in but decided to drive down to the boat launch and just take a look. The wind looked like it was filling back in a bit and decided to try the light wind gear out. Wasn't expecting much, thought I'd be swimming, but with the downwind board and Razor 980, 15 knots turned into an epic day. There were actually some decent sized waves and I was able to get some nice flagged out rides. I'm still having a hard time turning the big gear, it's like relearning to jibe but the wave rides were fun. Tried the new 360 camera rig out as well.
