    Mellow 5.0 for half an hour then BAM! 30 plus knots o'hate! My tweaked foot is still feeling tweaked. No loops but jumping felt ok. Wish I could have sailed longer but work beckoned.

    :) First barefoot day of 2005! Felt weird at first.
