Got there late :evil: , damn work/missed bus, sunset Zen session, missed most of big wind :( but still tail end of great wave session, lotsa sticks, low tide, reef claimed Russian fin. One mega jump, had to bail out 1st time ever, felt good actually toes in, not usual smackkkkk. Few heli attempts, ducks, felt rusty. :? Sore/tight from mining basement, progressively worse til I had to quit :cry: , foot numb w/ leg & hip not working, fell up stairs :oops:

Got tons of tylenol 3's, muscle relaxants, hot tub, not helping, ouuuuuch I'm dying here. Just digging/carrying 10 foot pile, moving 50+ wheelbarrows of rock/gravel, what an old whimpy girlyman I am :o .
