Re: Wingfoiling Progression
Sand.....I meant sand and wrote file. Maybe I should have used the word 'fairing'! Don't sand the foil...take a file and add a small bevel (~45 deg) to the bottom of the trailing edge of the HA195 stabilizer. A couple of passes using a file should work. I did this and the humming went away. Or try ...

Yes the fuse comes in a neoprene storage sleeve and is also packed well in the shipping box.
Not sure if you are ever at RB but you can try my 1250/1125/925 some time

Re: Wingfoiling Progression
Really comfortable on foil now, riding switch, gybing on foil, tacking from switch (only reg. stance, working on goofy), and working on Heineken gybe...but it is mostly lake sailing, need to get into waves/swell.... See any reason to get both HS1250 and HA925? Or are they too close to each other? I...

Re: Wingfoiling Progression
If getting an HA front foil why 925 over 1125 (I see there are 725 and 1325 sizes as well)? Armstrong’s pdf guide is out of date. It recommends 1125 for every weight and every sport. Glide and speed I’m keen on. Funny that it is really turny. Is that because you’ve ridden the 925? I thought one of ...

Re: Wingfoiling Progression
Waist leash – I’m using the NSI one to my board and wrist leash for the wing. I use the same NSI waist leash and two 4ft bungees, one forward to the wing (with a rotating clip on the wing), and one behind to the board (with the rotating clip on the belt). So far so good, and I never seem to get muc...

Re: GPS Tracks
Hmmm that’s a tough one since I don’t have an Android I can test it on. Can you post a screenshot? Can you try it on a phone or desktop?
Thanks
Dave
Thanks

Hi Chris:
It's an AXIS Q6035-E Network Camera (current version is Q6075-E). It is streaming via the fine folks at https://www.multivista.com/, but you can install the CamStreamer app to stream to YouTube.

Re: Where to start?
Yep it is expensive and used gear seems to be selling at high prices. The good part is that you can buy a bigger board and sell it once you go smaller and not lose much $. I would suggest: Board: shortest board you can find with the volume that gives you +20-40 litres over your weight in kg. - somet...

Re: Where to start?
Oh yeah sorry, I must have missed the part about them wanting to do big dangley style jumps. Definitely don’t get into winging then. I would invest in a pair of boots and bindings instead. Most of us would be all over that too but we are old and our bones are brittle
