You could Surf...

The Conditions on the west coast are ideal for surf. Ideal. Get the surf guide for the baja. In non wind days, if you seek it, there are many great breaks. I spent two windless days at a point break ~ 1/2 hr north of Cabo, big, friendly, and saw 4 touristas as well as 3 Mexican surfers. Other trips ...

Used to sail there

Blue Heron tends to be squally, and pretty flattish, but OK I guess. I used to try sailing there every storm 10 yrs ago. It was the backyard then. Sailed with grey whales there a few times. There was an old timer that sailed the bay just north of BHP. old gear, but out in the nukers. Head to CB. bet...

Larger mini Tuttles are of interest, the stock sizes are a bit small on some quad setups.

our thoughts will be there

We will be en route to a windsurfing adventure in N Madagascar, I'm sure Andrei would approve of. We will think of the good and positive times we shared with our good friend, and carry his enthusiasm for all forward with us.

Best wishes,

The Fishes

Sage Words from the long toed one...

:D :D :D :D :D What can anyone say to that. Better to have great sailing, great friends and most importantly, a great life. Work hard / play hard, make a difference. Thank you long toe for re-introducing me to this great sport. It has made some of the best days in the last decade. Hope we can get a ...

Bone Yard

Hey, I know a great free campsite in the Wind river area. PM MF4 (or his son) about it. Comes with a huge selection of animal carrion, empty shotgun shells, garbage... It is amazing he still talks to me after that one. LOL I'd recommend Tucker as a good pay site, Rosevelt as a free out east site, or...

:) No offense taken Tony - just chomping at the bit to get to some waves and wind. A scheduled trip to Alberta gets in the way every yr. Keep on Hucking!

Table Scraps Have More Fun.... :)

First week in July is a great time on the Coast. Last year, we made a bunch of great friends, and sailed in bigger waves. Sounds like there will be a large Canadian contingent on the coast. We will be there. :). Can't wait... :)
