The whole Saanich peninsula was good for snowkiting 1 week ago. But seriously, I have been looking myself without any luck. I am considering an excursion to the Arrowsmith area as road access may bring you to good altitudes. There also is a clear cut near the Mt Washington x-country area. Let me kno...

bag
Hi Paul,
I just used my snowboardbag on rollers from Costco. It was cheap, fits two boards and other stuff and the airline let it go trough as golf gear with no charge (you could claim it as snowboard which is also free of charge but on my trip to Kauai it might have raised some doubts).

Good summary by Dale. I can comment a bit since I have ridden a variety of boards including the Mako (love it) and my wife's board, which is a Spleene Session 141. The Mako is not a good beginner board as it needs a fair bit of power, speed and slides out easily, all of which I like, but a beginner ...

kids
Hi Wade, you obviously don't have any kids as revealed by your simplistic attitude in dealing with them. Let me assure you, that nobody else is more disturbed by a screaming kid than the parents and that the occurence, timing , frequency or duration of the screaming is hardly a reflection of parenti...

Thanks Johnny. No response from Andrew to get a wheelcap or rearview mirror. Maybe I have to go to Canadian Tire.
Did send a PM to Justin in case you have not received it.
Cheers,
Chris

Westfalia parts
While we're at it, does anyone know where to get used/new Westfalia parts other than the Malahat? Gotta replace some parts before selling it.
Thanks,
Chris

Thule box
Hi!
Does anyone know a good source for a Thule (or similar) box (new or used)? Anyone out there who wants to get rid of one?
Thanks,
Chris
