Tragic news. An incredibly kind and fun loving individual. One of the first to befriend me when I was a rookie down at Dallas. Will miss you sadly and think of you often.

As a wave travels through the water, the particles travel in clockwise
circles.
Would that not depend on which side you are viewing the wave from? If the waves were traveling right to left the particles would be going in a CCW direction would they not?

Kiteboarding travel insurance coverage?

I need some travel insurance but have not found any that cover kiteboarding. What do most people do for this? I know that most cover surfing but not kiteboarding.

I am taking 6 months off (Nov - April) and driving to Central America with my gf. Any other advice is appreciated.

Schooled: I do not think your study of the "laws of physics" has made you an expert on building collapse Colin. In fact such laws aren't directly useful here at all. What is useful, and seemingly lacking, is common sense. I have never stated that I am an expert, I have stated that I am not...

MM, I was merely giving the previous link because it is an excellent site for footage of the collapse, both video and still pictures (I have not even read the content). There is no way, after reviewing the footage and contemplating it, that I believe the towers fell simply because of the fire and he...

Conspiracy theorists use information selectively and ignore anything that does not support their theory. You don't think the united states government does this EVERYDAY?? If you just watch the video of the towers falling and analyze it for what it is, and not the horror of it, there are most defini...

mortontoemike All this conspiracy crap is nonsense. The world trade centre destruction was what it was. An attack by misguided religious zealots I think this is a bold statement, there are many professionals in both the engineering and demolition industry that have pointed to a lot of evidence that...
