Gene...it was sitting down by the Udder Guys Ice Cream place right in Cow Bay. That was a couple weeks ago.

I saw this one the other day sitting in Cow Bay...a little on the rough side on the outside I would say. Personally I'd offer $1000...not close to $4000 in my opinion.
