The Bay Pub has great $5 burgers. I have sat many a Summer's evening out on the deck drinking beers and eating burgers...as for the wind and water temps??? Definitely not a high wind place....BIG gear and kites are the likely candidates for this spot.

I have spent quite a bit of time out at Pachena (inlaws have a place in bamfield). I would say that it is a lot more consitent for kiting then windsurfing. Even the days that I have been out there and it is really windy in Bamfield and on the outside there is not a lot of wind for windsuring at Pach...
