hey otisdadog, in Puerto Rico, Shack Beach (Isabella) is the place to be for wave sailing, kitesurfing and surfing ...all at one spot with cheap accomodation at Mike's Villa Tropical. try catching a flight to Aguadilla airport which is 5 min from Shack Beach.... better than Maui for waves that for s...
