A friend of mine found some info about kiting near Puerto Vallarta in Bahia de Banderas.

I found it a bit difficult to find kiting information for that area. The text is in Spanish so it will help if you know the language a little. It looks like there's lots going on there. Theres even a kiting "resort". If your thinking of a winter trip, the cost to get there and stay is reasonable. Also it's only 5 or 6 hours from Victoria.

Anyone kited there already? Anyone have other info on kiting there?
