ditto what winddoc said on the fast departure and the great picture logs of C36.
was great to hang with everyone for a bit and meet a few new people.
hopefully next year will pan out a bit better for wind and there will be some new flavours of burritos and DQ blizzards to choose from.

for what its worth I have the week of June 29th off and will hopefully go.

(i've had bad weather luck with the 3rd week of June so now it's sure to be the last week that sucks!)

Was at JR point parking lot yesterday and CRD has put 'temporary' no camping signs up related to recent BC Hydro concerns on seismic safety of area due to this dam. some updates were made to the app: - webcam tab was simplified but seems more stable than before - there is dynamic content loading of satellite and cam imagery (only loads if you try to view it) so the page should load much faster and use less data - you can do some simple bookmarking now of the ta...

I'd say my trip is toast this year... this was my week and it's clearly not happening. Will be hoping for some good local sessions to somehow ease the pain!

I'm really sad to hear this. Like Mark said, it seemed like yesterday we were all hanging out in Gold Beach without a care in the world. It seems unbelievable that all of that can unravel so fast. We'll miss you Andrei.
